SYMPTOMS

You may experience the following symptoms when you try to create a Rich Text Format (RTF) document in a Croatian version of Windows Vista:

• When you use the shortcut menu to create an RTF document anywhere on the computer other than the desktop, you receive an error message that resembles the following:

Stvaranje datoteke ‘Novo: Dokument u obliku obogaćenog teksta.rtf’ nije moguće.
Sustav ne može pronaći navedeno polje.

When this problem occurs, a file that is named Novo is created. This file has no file name extension, and it is zero (0) bytes.

• When you use the shortcut menu to create an RTF document on the desktop, the operation fails, and you receive an error message that resembles the following:

Stvaranje datoteke ‘Novo: Dokument u obliku obogaćenog teksta.rtf’ nije moguće.
Parametar nije ispravan.

When this problem occurs, a file is not created on the desktop.
