SYMPTOMS

In a Russian version of Windows Server 2008, the Revocation Settings box in the Properties dialog box under Trust Policy or under Account Partner is not wide enough.Because the box is too narrow, you cannot see all the information that is listed in the box.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, access the Help text that describes the certificate revocation settings. The Help text lists the information that you cannot see in the Revocation Settings box. To do this, use the following methods.

Method 1: Access the Help text for the Trust Policy properties

1. Click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Active Directory Federation Services.
2. In the console tree, double-click Federation Service, right-click Trust Policy, and then click Properties.
3. Click the Verification Certificates tab, and then click Learn More at the bottom of the dialog box.

Method 2: Access the Help text for the Account Partner properties

1. Click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Active Directory Federation Services.
2. In the console tree, double-click Federation Service, expand Trust Policy, expand Partner Organizations, and then right-click Account Partners.
3. Click New Account Partner. Use the wizard to create a new Account Partner.
4. Right-click the newly created Account Partner, and then click Properties.
5. Click the Verification Certificates tab, and then click Learn More at the bottom of the dialog box.
