To copy Printer Form/s from one computer to another, follow the instructions bellow:
 
 
1. Review the article:

2. The Printer forms settings are saved in the following registry key:
 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SYSTEM CurrentControlSet Contro l Print Forms
 
Copy the key from one server to another, will exiting printer form/s to the new
 
computer.
 
3. Restart the Print Spooler service.
