Hebrew text that is formatted as Justified becomes right-aligned when you save a Word 2007 document in the PDF file format or the XPS file format

SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario. In a Microsoft Office Word 2007 document, you type some Hebrew text and format the text as Justified. Then you save the document in the PDF file format or in the XPS file format.

In this scenario, when you open the PDF file or the XPS file, the text is right-aligned. Additionally, if a dash appears in the text, the text that appears before the dash is right-aligned. However, the text after the dash is left-aligned. Therefore, a large blank space appears in the text.
