‘Permission’ start tag on line 171 does not match the end tag of ‘PermissionRead’. Line 171, position 37.

This exception occurs if one element name is a prefix of another element name. For example, this exception occurs if you have the Permission element and the PermissionRead element.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the same hash code is generated for each element.
