SYMPTOMS
After you apply hotfix 955572, you may receive an error message when you open an appointment in a shared calendar:
Cannot open this item
This issue may occur if the following conditions are true:
- You are the delegate in a delegate and manager scenario.
- You enable caching of shared folders.

RESOLUTION
