Issues that the hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issues:

949877 (/Feedback.aspx?kbNumber=949877/) You cannot see private items in the calendar even though the Delegate can see my private items option is enabled in Outlook 2007
949878 (/Feedback.aspx?kbNumber=949878/) Error message when you use a rule to move messages to a folder in Outlook 2007 after you set the value of the PreferANSI registry entry: Cannot move to the <folder_name> folder
