Issue that this hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issue that is not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
When you convert one of the following 2007 Office Trial edition products by using a newly purchased license key for Microsoft Office Basic 2007 or for Microsoft Office Small Business 2007, Picture Manager and Office Startup Assistant are not enabled as expected.
